6. User’s Obligations

6.1. You undertake to abide by all applicable laws and regulations when using the Site or Services as a condition of your access to and use of the Site or Services.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.2 The trademarks, logos, and pictures on the Site are the property of the Company or its Client, and you may not use any of them without the Company’s prior consent.

9. Indemnity

Each User hereby agrees to defend and hold the Company, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees harmless from any and all losses, liabilities, and claims (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) that may result from the following: (a) User’s use of the site or services in violation of the terms stated in the terms of use or other terms as displayed on the site; and (b) Any claim made against the user for posting any comments on the site that are defamatory.

11. Governing laws

The laws of India shall apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms.
